Selectronic are closely monitoring the dynamically evolving situation with regard to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) with the aim of continuing to provide services with minimal disruption to our customers and are following closely the advice from the respective Government agencies.
What Selectronic is doing in response
Following the latest recommendations, all Selectronic staff are working remotely with full access to our systems to be able to work effectively and communicate with our customers and supply chain. Deliveries at the present time are continuing to be processed.
Customer and manufacturing partner meetings will be carried out via telephone/video conferencing at this time until the advice changes. In the meantime, we remain confident in our ability to continue to provide the high level of service that you have been accustomed to.
At present there are no changes to deliveries as a result of these measures, but should this situation change, our operations team will inform you directly about your specific orders. We understand that our customers may be experiencing their own challenges and would encourage you to speak with us if needed, so we can work together to ensure optimum service and supply.
We are taking the above measures and actions to minimise the impact of the Covid-19 to your business and our supply chain and want to assure you that we will be striving to continue to service you in the best way possible.
