Paul was appointed General Manager of Selectronic following the merger with Anders in March 2020, where he also holds the position. With over 30 years in the Electronics Industry, he has a real passion for technology.

Kelvin joined Selectronic January 1990 as account manager with the responsibility of targeting Selectronic’s products and services to meet the needs of the gaming industry. Before joining Selectronic Kelvin did his electronics apprenticeship in the R.A.F. working on both Harrier and Tornado aircraft. He became Sales Director in December 2001 and a shareholder in February 2003.
Since joining Selectronic Kelvin has gained extensive knowledge of technology and production techniques for optoelectronics ensuring Selectronic stays at the forefront of design / development and enabling our key customers to remain market leaders through innovation. During this time he has helped grow Selectronic into a global partner for our customers worldwide ensuring we give a total solution regardless of location. Now with the addition of our China office and team there that journey continues.
Leon qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 2003 and has over 25 years accounting experience working within various industries and business sectors. He joined Selectronic in January 2011 to head up the Finance Department. During this time he has worked alongside the business owners in establishing subsidiary companies in Hong Kong and China making Selectronic a truly global operation.
Having worked at Selectronic for over 16 years in Customer Support and Material Control/Management, Clare knows the varied requirements and logistical needs/systems needed to support our clients. With our supplier partnerships and team of experienced world-wide freight forwarders, we can offer a diverse range of solutions to ensure that the ideal product along with the best logistics proposals are just a phone or email away.
Alex’s main focus is making sure your journey with us is a great one. Helping you organise those complex projects whilst giving you a greater depth of knowledge of the technologies, quality and logistics available for you to see your vision fulfilled. Working with our sales team Alex offers an outstanding bespoke service.
Having been involved with display, touch screen and embedded solution design and specification for over 30 years, Richard brings a wealth of experience that customers old and new find invaluable at all stages of their project cycles.
Experienced in matching the correct technology and visual appearance for the front face of your product. Working with you to take your project requirements from concept stage to mass production.
Xuesong received a PhD in Photonics/Optoelectronics from Cambridge University in 2010 and has over ten years’ experience in optoelectronics and optics. He has been working in the universities and industrial sectors, previously working as a Research Scientist at Sharp Labs, Oxford, before joining the team at Selectronic.
